• Contact details: name, phone number, email.
• Booking details: dates of stay, hotel and room type, number of guests.
• Payment information processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We process the data to confirm and deliver your booking, issue accounting documents, send service messages and meet our legal obligations in Russia.
